Welcome to Part 23 of the series "Dear Future Spouse." These are real people who are writing to their future King and Queen. They do not personally know each other, but they are getting to know each other through the letters. Each week, you will find a response to the letter before. So, grab some coffee, tea, or tissue, and enjoy! Tell us what you think!
Dear Future Wife,
Hello my beautiful queen! I hope all is well with you, and everything continues to get better. I truly enjoyed the questions you asked me on your previous letter, and below are my responses…So let me get to it!
*What would be your “perfect day”?
-I have always envisioned calling my family and/or friends up on a random day, asking them if they are doing something, and if not, take them on a trip to another country via private jet on that same day.
*If you could turn any competition tv show into a date for us, which show and why?
-I don’t really watch too many TV competition shows, but I would choose something on the line of those Real World competitions because I enjoy the different challenges from water sports to climbing different obstacles.
*What did your last relationship teach you about love?
-It didn’t necessarily teach me about love per se, but I did gain a clearer perspective on how we have to be in tune with loving one’s self before entering into a relationship. If we don’t fully love ourselves while also wrestling with past hurts that have yet to be healed, then it’s not good to get into another relationship.
*What would your ideal non-house date be?
-Day filled with activities around a beach area/ocean including sight-seeing, jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, or swimming with the dolphins, and then dinner on a yacht or the ocean with clear skies, full moon, and stars.
I would also like to ask you:
*If you could turn any competition tv show into a date for us, which show and why?
*What did your last relationship teach you about love?
*With so much tragedy going on in the world right now, what most concerns you at this moment, and what would you desire to do, as husband and wife, to contribute to helping that concern become better?
Now, as for football, I am excited that the regular season is about to start, and I’m interested to see how my Atlanta Falcons will bounce back this year. Likewise, are you into sports? If so, where did the love of sports come from? If not, what is your favorite pastime activity?
My queen, it’s always a pleasure reading your words and discovering more of what makes you, you. I look forward to learning even more about you! Have a successful day and rest of the week!
Love Always,
Your Future Husband
